Education by its very nature
Education by its very nature is a transformative process. If it is anything less, it is not education. It must not only provide opportunities to the children to develop the needed subject mastery and technical skills, but also the equally important life skills and soft skills. At the base of these are the values and normative ethics that direct them to find
out which action are right and wrong or which characteristic traits are good or bad. Only then we can hope for them to lead a successful and happy life.
