It is natural for children to feel the need to learn. They have intrinsic motivation, love learning and are extremely good at it. They have curiosity and sense of wonder to inculcate knowledge with the assistance of the adult. Children have a style of learning that fits their condition and stage of development, and which they use naturally and well. Trust these born learners and be cautious not to train them out of it. Take them to the learning situation, listen to them respectfully and give them creative freedom. Engage, involve, facilitate, encourage questioning, guide but DON’T CONTROL THE CONTENT OF THEIR MIND.
